Need to whip up some graduation gift cards?
Here is a simple idea that I used to create a few cards that I needed for graduations.
Start with a 11" x 4-1/4" piece of cardstock.
Score at 1-1/2" in from one end and score 4-3/4" in from the other.
This card will be 4-1/4" x 4-3/4".
On the 1-1/2" end use a circle punch to punch a notch in the middle.
Add Tear & Tape Adhesive on both sides and then fold up to create a pocket for a gift card or cash.
Image here is shown sideways, pocket should be at the bottom of the card.
For the front of the card I laid the largest clear block over it and positioned my stamps so they would fit on the front. I used the stamp set Bravo that is retiring.
Ink it up in the same ink color as the cardstock used.
Here I have used the new In-Color Emerald Envy.
I used the Large Numbers Framelits dies and cut out the year from the Gold Foil paper.
The banner die is also from the same framelit set and the "congratulations" is from the Balloon Celebration stamp set.
Happy Stampin'-
DeAnn
