Wetlands

 

I have really been enjoying the stamp set Wetlands.

 

I used the crayon resist for the lighter marks in the water.  Sponge on Crumb Cake at the bottom of a piece of Whisper White card stock and then Pool Party across the middle.  Stamp birds image with Black StazOn ink.  Add marks with a white crayon where you want on the Pool Party ink around the birds.  I used a brayer to apply Night of Navy across the top and into the middle lightly over the Pool Party color.  Wipe off with a paper towel to reveal the lighter color where the crayon was.

 

The script stamp is from the By the Sea stamp set.
